This is the iconic and popular Yale Deal email. I do not even like the word "deal" as it is overused and oxymoronic (love that word). This email, however, is based on a product, which is a floor sample, discontinued, cancelled, ordered wrong or slightly damaged.
Most are actually refrigerators, which did not fit in Bostons' Byzantine hallways. Brownstones are a miserable place to complete a delivery.
