Simmering

We have focused on induction in a bunch of posts, because it is the best form of cooking available. Faster than pro and even commercial gas units. Here are a few more reasons...

1. Less heat retentive

2. Requires less venting (no expensive hoods)

3. Virtually child safe (won't start without a metallic pan and cools much faster)

4. Less expensive than professional units

Simmering is almost instantaneous as this video tried to show. With induction, you can achieve a full simmer from a full boil in a couple of seconds.



I have to re-learn this Wolf cooktop...It's embarrassing.
