I went to a restaurant opening called Town last week. It is a 14,000 square foot steak and seafood eatery located in the Hynes. The place is beautiful. Many residential trends, like stainless steel and professional appliances, actually are adapted from the commercial market....
Lets look:
Kitchen is state of the art as you can imagine. The kitchen and vent is in the middle, so the chef is facing out to the various servers. Same idea as Sally's kitchen, if you cook a bunch and/or entertain, this is a great configuration.
Interesting idea.....Placing multiple pendants instead of one giant chandelier. Its a good effect if you have an entrance foyer.
