You had a great meeting with a salesman. The display impressed you. You checked the ratings on Yelp, Citysearch and Angies' List and the reputation seems to be good. You are satisfied with the after service support.
Now do one simple test: Call them. How they handle the phone is a litmus test on your treatment during the sale and after. Don't feel guilty. You will be calling for specifications, electrical, delivery(at least once) and service.
They should be on their best behavior before the sale, so rate accordingly.
