$299 for a Decent (But Not The Best Dishwasher)

Lets look at a Frigidaire dishwasher...

The Frigidaire has every possible cycle and an attractive price of $449 as its claim to fame. The racks, plastic tank and loadability could be better, but I would still rate it a solid 6.2 out of 10. Definitely worth the money, but I still like Bosch and KitchenAid better.

Starting April 1, however, this unit is $299 after $150 in rebates(33% off)...little different story.

  1. Anonymous2:30 PM

I purchased a Jenn-Air JDB1250AWS stainless dishwasher, and I have to say that I am far from impressed by it. Cleaning is fine and it looks good, but the lower rack slides over the interior of the door when the dishwasher is open are simply awful. Sliding the lower rack in is about as smooth as driving a car with no shocks over a series of downed trees - very poor design. Are the Asko and Miele dishwashers superior in this regard? Thanks.

  2. Good analogy

Miele and Asko both have better racks. The Asko is solid graphite and the Miele has heavy, Teutonic racks

    But look first....
