Induction is the best way to cook. Yes, its better than even the most powerful professional gas unit. Speed, ability to simmer, less heat exhausted into the kitchen, less venting needed and child safety are the hallmarks of induction cooking.
Although we display GE, Thermador, Diva, Bosch, Wolf and Viking, Electrolux is the most price competitive....and they have improved their design.
